Question: Why don't i see many east asians dating white guys?

It's mostly south asians or like vietnamese, filipinas. well, i guess chinese girls do date us a lot but that's because they have like the biggest population in the world. i see so many japanese girls with black guys and hardly ANY korean girls with white guys. is there some kind of restrictment in your society that prevents you from dating white guys?

During the Korean war many of the American soldiers came to Korea, and you could see all those white soldiers with Korean prostitutes. Nowadays to the older generations, when they see a white guy and a Korean girl together, they're reminded of the times when white soldiers got together with Korean prostitues, and therefore the Korean girl may be portrayed as "slutty " or has no virtues. Koreans are actually very traditional people, and pretty much majority of the time will date/ marry within their race. Now Koreans are more fond of black guys, since they believe that they have it all- The strong, athletic body, strong, attractive vocals, flawless skin, and the interesting dialect. Not all black people have this, but this is what many Koreans view black people as, and Japanese girls probably view them like this too. I myself am dating a black guy, but that's got nothing to do with any of these stereotypes. I date him because he's just one of the most smart, attractive, and respectable guy I've ever met. Edit- Jack, don't even try to argue with me about what I know and don't know about my own country. If you haven't noticed, the Asian girls with white guys are almost always either Filipino girls or Vietnamese girls. East Asian girls dating white guys are pretty rare to come by. My statement about how white/ korean couples are portrayed in Korea is very accurate. If you've never been to Korea, don't even pretend you know anything. The statements about black people are very true too. There are post forums and chats from Korean girls who discussed who they prefer better between white guys and black guys, and you'd be surprised how black guy votes predominantly outnumbered white guy votes. I'd show you this, but it'd be useless because it would be in Korean. Plus, I'm not saying a lot of Korean girls are with black guys. It's just rare for Korean people to be in interracial relationships, period. However when they DO date outside their race, it's mostly black guys. Edit- lol.. Jack. Those 41% American born Asian women are probably primarily consisted of either Filipinas, Vietnamese, Cambonians, or other Asians. East Asians are the type of Asians that date outside their race the least. You see Chinese girls interracially dating more often, but that's because they have the predominant population in the world, like the asker stated. There's a big truth behind my words, because I'm a Native Korean, and I've lived there for 5 years. I've even attended school there, and I've personally even learned the history from school. So it's not some bullsh*t I'm saying here, because my knowledge actually comes from me being a native Korean. Try walking through the streets of Korea being white with a Korean girl by your side. Considering that that 41% is made up of primairly other Asians EXCEPT East Asians, PLUST that they're BORN in America. The Asians that were born in their native countires and has immigrated to America HUGELY outnumbers the American born Asians. Those Asian women probably isn't much different from white or black women because they were born in America and are practically assimilated into their virtues. I've even said up there that I do see Chinese girls with a lot of white guys. You just annoyed me because you seemed to want to believe that you know my country better than I do. Just don't make it sound like you know everything about us when you don't. I even said it up there that Chinese out of the three East Asian countries do date outside their race the most. However not as much as Vietnamese and Filipino girls do. I'm still right though, you admiting that doesn't change anything. I'm not an agressive person either but I just hate it when people that's not even of that certain race try to push that they're always right. I'm sorry too. let's just stop.

That's because these countries have lower qualities of living and class conflict. Vietnam, the Phillipines, and China are all known for oppresive governments, poverty, pollution, and other factors that lead to poverty. Japan and South Korea are closer to America and hence the women have gotten a fetish for rugged men(which black guys fit the bill of) because they are so rich they need a man who's had some trouble but don't care.

@ Gentle mintos, you are wrong about the perception about china and chinese women who are married to white people. Most of the foreigners marrying to chinese women are people who work or stuy in china, thus, most of the chinese women's white husband, if he observe, are well educated, professionals or businessmen who travel to china constantly There are some chinese women married to black, but less than korean and japanes . See, taiwan, hongkong, and 75% of singaporean are chinese and our wealths are no less than theses 2 countries whatsoever, yet, our rate of marrying to black people is low, it is because of our cultures not as open minded, and not because we are poor and looking for marrying white people in order to improve our life. ***** @ Shellste.... according to statisic, married out the most among asian people in the usa are Koreans, filipino and japanese. That has something to do with the military bases in all these 3 countries. Not chinese people. Non of the chinese speaking places, china, taiwan, hongkong, singapore has the usa military bases. ***@ shellste... I dont have any data about how many chinese married out, and the 3 countries, korea, japan and flipino married out the most because of the miliatary bases are all based from my own judgment, not from the statistics. Anyway, chinese people married out the least comparing to these 3 countries, but I also observe that, most of the chnese women, when they married out, tend to marry professionals, which I have already stated the reasons above.

And most Koreans and Japanese are either with Asian or White guys, not black!
